- Enhance selling of Flowserve Valve Division products and services
- Drive bookings levels to meet or exceed goals
- Introduce, promote, and sell Flowserve valve products
- Train independent representative sales force
- Manage independent representative sales force
- Train distribution sales force
- Manage distribution sales force
- Support joint sales calls with Channel partners
- Conduct independent sales calls when needed
- Maintain existing accounts
- Penetrate new targeted accounts
- Grow Flowserve FCD market share
- Prepare bi-weekly forecasts
- Maintain FlowForce (Salesforce) CRM database
- Record key accounts in CRM
- Record opportunities in CRM
- Record TAR schedules in CRM
- Prepare assigned reports accurately and timely
- Submit assigned reports accurately and timely
- Organize monthly sales channel meetings
- Organize quarterly sales channel meetings
- Organize annual sales channel meetings
- Support recruitment of reps and distributors
- Support management of reps and distributors
- Drive Flowserve FCD product specification in key applications
- Drive Flowserve FCD product specification on customer AML
- Collaborate with application engineers
- Collaborate with customer service
