Requirements
- •2–5 years experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management
- •Preferred e-commerce experience
- •Understanding of inventory KPIs and replenishment models
- •Ability to synthesize and communicate with commercial and operational teams
- •Strong Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills
- •First formal experience in SQL
- •Understanding of Regression techniques as a plus
- •Working language English

- •Manage and improve inventory forecasts
- •Ensure optimal stock levels
- •Drive efficient replenishment processes
- •Own and refine 6-month rolling forecasts
- •Track and improve forecast accuracy
- •Collaborate cross-functionally for supply chain performance
- •Perform scenario planning and risk management
- •Contribute insights to S&OP meetings
- •Track projected inventory by country and brand
- •Trigger replenishment orders based on targets
- •Define reorder points and safety stock levels
- •Run what-if scenarios for demand surges
