Tasks
- Process orders in SAP
- Support customers with order-related queries
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Maintain customer data records
- Coordinate deliveries with logistics
- Manage the order-to-cash process for designated customers
- Ensure accurate order entry in SAP
- Manage open orders based on stock availability
- Inform customers of order-related issues
- Review transportation modes to improve delivery times
- Coordinate time slot bookings and shipment pickups
- Create packing lists for specific customers
- Generate transport documents and customs documentation
- Send out license keys and generate Label IDs
- Process recurring Cloud & Maintenance billing orders
- Clarify orders with account managers
- Confirm orders to customers
- Update and review customer master data
- Manage the return of materials
- Review and transfer invoiceable documents to finance
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Contribute to process improvements
- Promote the use of the Customers’ Portal
- Support customers using the Customers’ Portal
