- •Strong knowledge of OHS best practice
- •Understanding of quality and environmental management
- •Experience with ISO management systems
- •Strong organisational and communication skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- •Ability to influence and challenge teams
- •Previous SHEQ experience in construction sector
- •Experience delivering SHEQ audits
- •Prior involvement in site-based operational support
- •Fluency in English
- •Automatic permission to work in EU
Tasks
- •Promote a safety-first culture across all sites
- •Implement and maintain construction phase plans
- •Develop health and safety files
- •Create project-specific quality plans
- •Pre-qualify and verify subcontractors before work begins
- •Review safety and environmental documentation for compliance
- •Coordinate project pre-start and commencement meetings
- •Conduct regular site audits and weekly reports
- •Liaise with clients and regulatory representatives
- •Ensure compliance with ISO and management systems
- •Coach project teams on best practices
