Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- •Substantial experience in S2P systems support or operations, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment
- •Proficiency in SAP (MM, FI) and VIM; knowledge of Coupa or Oracle is a plus
- •Familiarity with procurement and finance compliance standards (e.g., SOX)
- •Fluency in Business English at least B2 level
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a service-oriented mindset

Tasks
- •Maintain and optimize S2P systems (SAP, VIM)
- •Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and system parameters
- •Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues
- •Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- •Prepare system documentation for audit processes
- •Identify inefficiencies in the S2P system and propose solutions
- •Collaborate with automation teams to implement RPA and OCR technologies
- •Monitor and analyze KPIs like invoice cycle time and exception rates
- •Document new processes and update training materials for change initiatives
- •Work with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams on system improvements
- •Gather user feedback to refine system functionality
- •Act as a liaison for system-related topics among departments
- •Provide training and support to end-users on S2P tools
- •Manage system-related queries and ensure timely issue resolution
