  • 7+ years experience in financial services or leasing sector
  • At least 3 years in leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Understanding of financial and non-financial risk categories
  • Sound, well-informed, and objective decision-making
  • Change-oriented, solution-driven, and confident personality
  • Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • French or Dutch skills as a plus

Tasks

  • Lead the Financial, Non-Financial Risk, and Compliance department
  • Ensure an effective second line of defense across Austria and Switzerland
  • Strengthen the company's risk and compliance culture
  • Increase maturity in operational risk management and monitoring
  • Improve incident reporting processes
  • Enhance efficiency for customer onboarding, KYC, and credit requests
  • Support the successful deployment of Generative AI
  • Oversee all outsourced resources
  • Advance the fleet electrification strategy
  • Monitor asset risk impacts
  • Safeguard the organization while enabling sustainable growth
