Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience in merchandising, retail, e-commerce, or category management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- High analytical skills and logical problem-solving
- Comfort interpreting complex datasets for commercial decisions
- Solid understanding of stock management principles
- Solid understanding of online fashion trading
- Excellent Google Suite knowledge (Sheets/Excel)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Results-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Proven track record driving category-led projects
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate strategic category insights clearly
- Encouraged to apply even if not meeting every requirement
Tasks
- Drive financial performance and commercial health
- Manage inventory lifecycle for assigned categories
- Ensure right brands at right time for maximum sell-through
- Track trends, seasonal shifts, and competitor movements
- Shape winning category strategy
- Monitor and optimize stock health, aging, and turnover
- Define ideal stock mix and effective inventory allocation
- Analyze category conversion and portfolio performance
- Turn data into actionable replenishment and promotional strategies
- Execute category-specific retail calendar
- Support high-impact brand launches and commercial moments
- Liaise with Buying, Merchandising, and Market teams
- Align category goals with business targets
- Improve stock flow efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Set standards for category operations
