Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role (hotel/high-volume hospitality) (highly desirable)
  • Completed vocational qualification or professional training (hospitality/F&B management)
  • Strong leadership skills (motivating, coaching, developing team)
  • Excellent guest service skills (memorable dining experiences)
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities (managing multiple priorities)
  • Ability to build and maintain effective communication (teamwork/collaboration)
  • Additional languages (highly advantageous)
  • EU Citizen/Passport holder

Tasks

  • Lead and develop the restaurant team
  • Deliver excellent restaurant experiences
  • Maintain strong operational presence during peak service

  • Drive operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular team meetings
  • Perform performance reviews
  • Lead development discussions
  • Identify team training needs
  • Implement development initiatives
  • Collaborate with kitchen and wider hotel departments
