- •3–5+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, ESG/CSR, sustainability, risk management, or relevant degree
- •Strong analytical skills for ESG data
- •Experience with Excel/Sheets and BI tools
- •Familiarity with supplier audits and risk platforms
- •Knowledge of supply chain due diligence regulations
- •Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
- •Proficiency in English and ideally German

Tasks
- •Lead end-to-end supplier ESG risk assessments
- •Strengthen due diligence for supply chain legislation
- •Identify and mitigate proactive supply chain risks
- •Analyze ESG and procurement data for sourcing
- •Develop dashboards and reports for cost optimization
- •Monitor KPIs and support supplier evaluations
- •Identify efficiency and sustainability improvements
- •Coordinate supplier audits across multi-region supply chains
- •Deliver insight-driven reporting to stakeholders
- •Support suppliers with corrective action plans
- •Design and improve supplier risk frameworks
- •Implement emissions reduction and mitigation strategies
- •Embed sourcing standards into supplier contracting
- •Partner with teams to close risk management gaps
- •Enhance transparency and drive sustainability goals
