Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, ESG/CSR, sustainability, or risk management, or relevant sustainability degree with early career experience
  • Strong analytical skills for ESG/supply chain data insights
  • Experience with Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Familiarity with supplier audits, risk platforms (Sedex/SMETA, EcoVadis), and corrective action processes
  • Working knowledge of supply chain due diligence and regulations (EU CSDDD, German Supply Chain Act, UK Modern Slavery Act)
  • Good understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, supplier performance management)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in English
  • German language skills (nice-to-have)

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end ESG supplier risk assessments
  • Strengthen due diligence for supply chain compliance
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Analyze ESG, supply chain, and procurement data
  • Develop data dashboards and reports
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support supplier evaluations and tenders
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and sustainability
  • Coordinate supplier audits

  • Deliver insight-driven reports to stakeholders
  • Support suppliers with corrective action plans
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement supplier risk frameworks and policies

  • Contribute to emissions reduction initiatives
  • Embed responsible sourcing standards in supplier management
