Requirements Manager / Business Process Analyst(m/w/x)

- Knowledge of DESMF
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of Business Relationship Management techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- ITIL v3/v4 Certification (desirable)
- Scrum Alliance Certification (desirable)
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and operational needs (desirable)
- Understanding of DoD Military standards (desirable)
- Experience with DoD IT security requirements (desirable)
- Experience managing asset accuracy to Critical Success Factors (desirable)
- DoD 8570.01 Certification Compliance (desirable)
Tasks

- Ensure systems meet user requirements.

- Create business, functional, and technical specifications.
- Consult with customers and business owners.

- Manage or develop course of action analysis.
- Manage or develop decision briefings.
- Manage or develop analysis of alternatives.
- Manage or develop business impact assessments.
- Manage or develop risk analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Resolve business or system issues for customers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Recognize demand signals.
- Document requirements.
- Report requirements.
- Analyze demand signal trends.
- Engage military, civilian, and partner nation leaders.
- Analyze, recommend, and manage transformation.
- Apply ITIL, DESMF, and Business Relationship Management.
- Support incident detection, triage, and analysis.
- Support incident remediation and reporting.
