Tasks
- Analyze and resolve issues remotely for CISCO Unified Communications solutions
- Provide second-level support for troubleshooting complex system configurations
- Diagnose and fix problems with third-party applications
- Develop solution proposals and workarounds for customer or on-site technician implementation
- Manage and oversee technical escalations to the manufacturer
- Support customers within existing service contracts
- Implement standard and non-standard changes, followed by success verification
- Participate in shift duties and on-call readiness
