Tasks
- Support the Field Account Management Team
- Sell Agilent Technologies products, solutions, and services
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities with new customers
- Identify and develop sales opportunities with existing customers
- Drive tech refresh campaigns with the Field Account Management Team
- Support the full sales cycle
- Coordinate the full sales cycle
- Manage complex customer discussions
- Manage technical customer discussions
- Liaise daily with internal stakeholders
- Liaise daily with external stakeholders
- Handle transactional business for designated accounts
- Generate quotes for accounts
- Enter orders for accounts
- Perform related administration for accounts
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Resolve customer issues with internal stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree
