- Focus on revenue growth in strategic accounts
- Develop and implement the GTM strategy
- Support high-level client meetings
- Mobilize internal resources to close complex deals
- Lead weekly revenue forecast meetings
- Provide transparent sales activity reporting
- Identify and address competency gaps
- Coach on opportunity identification and closing strategies
- Manage the full talent lifecycle
- Monitor and refine sales activities
- Implement best practices for team efficiency
