Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B strategic sales, ideally within clean energy, battery electrification, or power electronics sector

  • Strong understanding of EV charging ecosystem, renewable energy, or related technologies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages desirable
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to recognize connections, think analytically, and keep goals in focus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Tasks

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development and sales plan
  • Identify and engage prospective clients in fleet, retail, and public sectors
  • Manage customer relationships and the full sales cycle
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments for tailored EV charging solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Handle administrative tasks and create economic analyses
