Regional Forecasting & Demand Planning Manager(m/w/x)
Leading regional demand forecasting for bio-pharmaceuticals, integrating market intelligence and commercial insights. Advanced expertise in forecasting technologies and statistical modeling required. Preferential consideration for severely disabled applicants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Professional experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management, ideally in bio-pharmaceutical, animal health, or FMCG
- Advanced expertise in forecasting technologies (SAP-IBP, Kinaxis, JDA), statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
- Ability to communicate complex, data-driven strategies to senior leaders in global, cross-cultural settings
- Proven experience leading end-to-end S&OP or IBP processes, translating insights into business recommendations impacting regional P&L
- Fluency in English required
- German language skills considered an advantage
- Professional certifications (APICS or IBF) considered an advantage

Tasks
- Lead regional demand forecasting
- Orchestrate and validate statistically robust forecasts
- Integrate market intelligence and commercial insights
- Ensure high data quality and clear documentation
- Analyze forecast performance for continuous improvement
- Drive corrective actions to enhance forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Communicate transparently on assumptions and risks
- Support Regional and Global Demand Reviews
- Challenge inputs and highlight deviations
- Escalate key risks as needed
- Govern data quality and reporting
- Ensure reliable master and transactional data
- Deliver executive-level insights
- Maintain consistent KPI logic
- Provide reporting via SAC and Power BI
