Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering
  • •Experience in laboratory or R&D testing
  • •Capability in building hardware prototypes
  • •Experience with laboratory management
  • •Results-oriented, proactive mindset and organizational skills
  • •Autonomous work and team collaboration skills
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • •Proficiency in German (advantageous)

  • •Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment

  • •Support hardware development and prototyping
  • •Debug and validate power electronics systems
  • •Develop standard operating procedures for workflows
  • •Collaborate with hardware engineers and researchers
  • •Analyze test data and identify trends
  • •Compile comprehensive engineering reports
