- Operate quantum computers across cloud and R&D environments
- Ensure high availability and stable system performance
- Plan and execute calibration and service activities
- Analyze performance and identify system deviations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software stability issues
- Resolve L2 incidents and provide technical support
- Test and debug systems during customer deliveries
- Provide technical feedback to R&D teams
- Improve system performance, usability, and reliability
- Develop service documentation and laboratory best practices
