Requirements

• •Master's degree in Engineering, General Management, or Quality Management
• •Extensive experience in quality, project, and operations management
• •Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• •International and multi-cultural mindset
• •Fluent English and desirable German skills
• •Ability to manage complex matrix organizations

Tasks

• •Support the Quality Excellence Program across all activities
• •Develop a quality culture and right-first-time approach
• •Align project objectives with contractual and regulatory obligations
• •Drive continuous improvement using the performance system
• •Promote quality mindsets and training across other functions
• •Deploy quality policies within the product line management committee
• •Assess quality and safety for all customer deliverables
• •Exercise veto power on deliveries to ensure safety
• •Increase customer satisfaction through surveys and periodic meetings
• •Manage and escalate critical safety and customer issues
• •Lead and manage the quality team
• •Develop team competencies through expertise and assessments
• •Deploy and improve quality tools and indicators
• •Evaluate process performance through internal audits
• •Update quality management system reference documents
• •Secure certifications like ISO and CMMI based on strategy
