Quality support for hardware, firmware, software development of electronic retail tech devices. Fluent German and good English knowledge required. No all-in contract, flexible working hours.
Requirements
- Technical degree in electronics/communications engineering (HTL, FH, TU)
- At least 2 years experience in manufacturing or testing department
- Experience in designing internal processes and improving management systems
- Good understanding of test/manufacturing processes for electronic devices
- Fluent German and good English knowledge
- Teamwork ability
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
Tasks
- Provide quality support during hardware, firmware, and software development.
- Assure product quality along the supply chain.
- Execute supplier audits.
- Manage complaints.
- Collect details for complaints and field returns.
- Reduce field returns.
- Implement proper corrective and preventive measures.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Provide 8D reports.
- Manage sample collection.
- Align replacement parts with Planning and Logistics.
- Continuously improve hardware, firmware, and software products.
- Continuously improve product quality.
- Continuously improve processes.
- Continuously improve process efficiency.
- Continuously improve the existing management system.
- Align with relevant departments and schedule action items.
