Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Pharma/Manufacturing analytical lab or university degree
  • Working experience in GMP production/Quality Assurance or Quality Control
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and standard IT applications
  • Risk Management and resource management
  • Quality Control Sampling and Testing
  • Laboratory Excellence and analytical technologies
  • Knowledge of TQM and GxP standards
  • Fluent English and German
  • Collaboration, Communication Skills, Data Integrity, Dealing With Ambiguity, Decision Making, Digital saviness, Leadership, Problem Solving Skills, Regulatory Requirements knowledge, Statistics

Tasks

  • Ensure laboratory equipment functionality
  • Manage equipment (re-)qualification
  • Handle deviations and define CAPAs
  • Manage change processes
  • Review and approve (re-)qualification activities
  • Release analytical devices for use
  • Perform qualification of analytical devices
  • Execute compliance tasks
  • Conduct annual user reviews
  • Review periodic validations
  • Generate alarm reports
  • Support customer and health authority inspections
  • Implement DQC systems (e.g., Empower, LabX)

Work Experience

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Fluent
