Requirements

  • Experience in QC/QA in pharmaceutical industry or biotech with environmental monitoring
  • Experience with GMP procedures, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) testing
  • Technological expertise and intelligence
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, continuous learning, and collaboration across boundaries
  • English and German language proficiency
  • Self-awareness and continued learning

Tasks

  • Prepare release data and documents
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot release processes
  • Support QA compliance audits and submissions
  • Assist with new labs and systems integration
  • Oversee production and testing activities for compliance
  • Support exception investigations related to cGxP
  • Manage master data systems like SAP and GLIMS
  • Implement and maintain stability studies
  • Compile and check master data sheets
  • Evaluate and implement change tasks as a subject matter expert
  • Manage material implementations for raw materials and consumables
  • Troubleshoot issues related to material implementations
  • Support project initiatives and ensure timely delivery of preparations
