  • Ability to design and govern a future-proof QA framework
  • Skilled in developing scalable test strategies
  • Applying modern automation and regression testing practices
  • Strong technical leadership
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in meeting quality requirements
  • Manage full Software Testing Lifecycle end-to-end
  • Monitor key quality metrics
  • Drive continuous improvements and informed resource decisions
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
  • German language skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Drive development of a scalable, ISTQB-aligned QA framework
  • Influence the quality of future products
  • Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and QA specialists
  • Implement modern testing strategies
  • Shape the organization’s QA vision
  • Deliver sustainable, measurable quality improvements
  • Continuously evolve the IT Quality Assurance & Test Framework
  • Ensure alignment with ISTQB standards and regulatory requirements
  • Define and execute scalable test strategies
  • Implement automation and regression testing
  • Utilize modern tools and methodologies
  • Act as a technical authority
  • Guide Test Managers, Agile Testers, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure quality across all initiatives
  • Oversee the full Software Testing Lifecycle
  • Ensure robust coverage from unit to user acceptance testing
  • Drive quality improvements through KPI monitoring
  • Advise on resource allocation for projects, products, and scrum teams

Work Experience

  • 5 - 7 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
