- Very good business administration knowledge

- Min. 10 years experience in Key Account/Project Management
- Experience in automotive supplier industry, preferably electronic components
- Negotiation-level English skills (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Team and cooperation skills
- Independent work style and teamwork
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally
- Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
Tasks
- Conduct acquisitions and engage with customers
- Maintain customer relationships
- Analyze and research the market for the portfolio
- Develop strategic concept descriptions and price indications
- Prepare technical and commercial offers
- Lead negotiations
- Set target costs and deadlines
- Ensure achievement of objectives
- Guide customers towards Harman's technology and branding roadmap
- Integrate customer needs into Harman's strategy
- Agree on deadlines and performance with customers
- Coordinate with internal and external contract partners
- Act as the customer's purchasing department contact on projects
- Liaise with internal departments like design, sales, and development
- Interface with the customer's marketing department
- Identify business potential
- Develop measures to increase revenue and market presence
- Provide monthly internal project and account reporting
