Requirements
- •Degree in Clinical Psychology with eligibility to practice in Austria or the United States
- •Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience
- •Experience with international students or young adults
- •Competence in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals
- •Excellent command of English
- •Additional training in therapeutic approaches (e.g. CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care) (Desirable)
- •Experience in university counseling settings (Desirable)
- •Strong intercultural competence and sensitivity

- •Conduct 45-minute individual counseling sessions for students and staff
- •Lead or participate in thematic group counseling sessions
- •Deliver psycho-education lectures, seminars, and workshops
- •Administer screening tests as required
- •Manage individual case files and assist in emergencies
- •Coordinate with internal units and external medical professionals
- •Attend weekly meetings with supervisors and colleagues
- •Provide assistance with the Peer Counseling program
