You will lead a specialized team of scientists to ensure high-quality QC delivery for biologics projects, balancing hands-on GMP analysis reviews with proactive risk management and process optimization.

Requirements

• •MSc in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent experience
• •Proven leadership and team management skills
• •Extensive experience in Analytics or Quality Control
• •Excellent knowledge of relevant analytical techniques
• •Strong reporting and scientific skills
• •Independent and collaborative work style
• •Proficiency in written and spoken English

Tasks

• •Lead and develop a team of project scientists
• •Provide consistent feedback and performance monitoring
• •Review GMP analysis for Biologics and ADC projects
• •Manage drug product batch releases and stability studies
• •Resolve QC delivery risks through effective communication
• •Oversee the entire sample lifecycle from pull to disposal
• •Represent assigned areas during audits and inspections
• •Manage electronic worksheets and sample lifecycles in LIMS
• •Investigate deviations and implement CAPAs and change requests
• •Escalate critical risks and issues to upper management
• •Approve physico-chemical assays under cGMP standards
• •Maintain team training compliance and accurate time records
• •Propose process improvements and share best practices
• •Coordinate with partner units to ensure project success
