- Oversee the entire sample lifecycle from pull to disposal
- Represent assigned areas during audits and inspections
- Manage electronic worksheets and sample lifecycles in LIMS
- Investigate deviations and implement CAPAs and change requests
- Escalate critical risks and issues to upper management
- Approve physico-chemical assays under cGMP standards
- Maintain team training compliance and accurate time records
- Propose process improvements and share best practices
- Coordinate with partner units to ensure project success
