- Support build-up and operation of Strategic Project Portfolio Management
- Ensure transparent, prioritized, and well-governed project portfolio
- Provide high-quality data for fact-based decision-making
- Establish scalable portfolio views and reporting routines
- Collaborate with PMO hubs to improve project management maturity
- Prepare and manage agendas, decision logs, minutes, and action tracking
- Deliver consolidated portfolio insights using dashboards and KPIs
- Support scoring-based prioritization processes
- Prepare and validate scoring inputs
- Document scoring outcomes
- Maintain high-quality portfolio data
- Enforce data completeness and taxonomy standards
- Conduct regular data quality checks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SPPM operating model
- Maintain templates and support maturity assessments
- Roll out standards across PMO communities
- Support benefit tracking and value realization
- Identify AI-driven productivity improvements
- Ensure proper validation and governance of AI improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for transparency and alignment
