Tasks
- Plan and manage development projects for functional coatings
- Implement projects for medical devices across all phases
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
- Create and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure project success through effective resource management
- Manage risks and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes
- Support the development of the project portfolio and strategic initiatives
