Leading EU/UK regulatory change projects for a global asset manager. Experience in regulatory reform initiatives within Asset Management required. Flexible hybrid work, relocation support.

Requirements

  • Excellent university degree in Business or Finance
  • Relevant experience in regulatory reform initiatives within Asset Management
  • Knowledge of T+1 settlement, EMIR, and derivatives clearing preferred
  • Exposure to AIFMD/UCITS or Retail Investment Strategy is a plus
  • Strong technical skills
  • Familiarity with project management processes
  • Very good teammate
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills
  • High interpersonal competence
  • High motivation and positive work attitude
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functions
  • Highly organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent follow through skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English
  • Additional European language is a plus
  • Experience with Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence

Tasks

  • Lead projects for regulatory changes in EU and UK
  • Facilitate assessment of regulatory impacts
  • Moderate workshops with affected teams and management
  • Plan and execute projects independently
  • Ensure project success and outcomes
  • Support multiple projects and topics simultaneously
  • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively

  • 2 - 3 years

  • Bachelor's degree
