Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in project or portfolio management

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven success in driving cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and collaboration/project management tools
  • Proactivity, sociability, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Capability to communicate complex situations in a straightforward manner
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront, Confluence, and Jira
  • End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred

Tasks

  • Collaborate with project teams to collect and consolidate updates
  • Monitor project health, including timeline and budget
  • Track deliverables and coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies
  • Assess project risks and execute mitigation strategies
  • Support the Portfolio Manager in preparing reports and materials
  • Develop an annual portfolio roadmap aligned with strategic goals
  • Provide quarterly updates via a portfolio newsletter
  • Evaluate impact assessments for new project proposals
  • Promote collaboration to define and execute proposed solutions
  • Guide project owners on adherence to portfolio framework standards
  • Ensure project goals and benefits are understood by leadership
  • Engage stakeholders to implement new processes
  • Facilitate project review meetings for alignment with portfolio goals
  • Assist in preparing materials for portfolio review meetings
  • Collect, clean, and validate project data with the project team
  • Conduct regular data quality checks for portfolio dashboards
  • Encourage Project Owners to maintain up-to-date information on Workfront
  • Partner with the Portfolio Manager to improve PM methodologies
