Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Leitung von Integrationsprojekten (Mission Critical Communication)
  • Vertrautheit mit Cyber Security und Compliance-Anforderungen (NIS-2)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und Führungsambitionen
  • Arbeitsweise in dynamischem, technologieorientiertem Umfeld
  • Motivation zur aktiven Mitgestaltung neuer globaler Organisationseinheiten
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (vorzugsweise)
  • Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%)

Tasks

  • Internationale Kundenprojekte (kommerziell, technisch, sozial) ganzheitlich verantworten
  • Eng mit technischen Verantwortlichen und Projektteams zusammenarbeiten
  • Projektressourcen strategisch planen und operativ steuern
  • Laufendes Reporting und konsequente Zielverfolgung sicherstellen
  • Risk-, Claim- und Change-Management-Prozesse steuern und umsetzen
  • Professionelles Stakeholdermanagement (intern/extern) durchführen
  • An Ausschreibungsprojekten mitwirken und mit Vertriebsteam abstimmen
