Requirements

  • Degree in business, IT, or comparable qualification
  • Years of consultancy and project leadership experience
  • Ideal SAP Controlling and integration expertise
  • Knowledge of modern SAP controlling solutions
  • Experience in SAP rollout activities
  • Ideal experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Strong analytical abilities and hands-on mentality
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English and optional German skills

Tasks

  • Lead SAP controlling activities within the Record-to-Report IT team
  • Drive controlling IT innovations and implement management accounting functionalities
  • Coordinate R2R projects with IT consultants and external providers
  • Steer project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure success
  • Maintain transparent communication with all project stakeholders
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams using established methodologies
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners and operational business partners
  • Advise stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA process design and implementation

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
