Tasks

  • Contribute to defining project management roadmap and strategy
  • Support and train project teams in new trends and best practices
  • Define and implement project management standards and tools
  • Develop and improve project management frameworks and processes
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Project Managers and teams
  • Design and deliver internal PM training sessions and workshops
  • Drive PMO governance and performance tracking
  • Promote continuous improvement across projects and practices
