- Drive formal project acceptance and contract close-out with customers
- Act as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with external partners, integrators, and internal stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into technical project specifications
- Prepare supplementary offers and support new system proposals
