Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in economics, business administration, finance, or related field
  • Solid banking experience in compliance and risk management
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Curious mindset with creative problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
  • Fluency in English; German is an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Tasks

  • Lead process optimization initiatives
  • Support data analytics projects
  • Manage business intelligence initiatives
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Define business requirements
  • Conduct solution testing
  • Implement solutions and measure success
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify solutions
  • Leverage emerging technologies and proprietary infrastructure
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings
  • Prepare presentations for governance bodies
  • Engage with Senior Management

  • Apply iterative methodologies for incremental value delivery
