- Maintain accurate project calculation files for decisions
- Deliver structured reports with actionable insights to management
- Plan, monitor, and track projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Allocate resources, manage risks, and handle scope changes proactively
- Ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and on schedule
- Coordinate with teams, departments, and external partners
- Provide transparent progress updates and early issue alerts
- Support management decisions with clear recommendations
