Project Management Officer (PMO) – Aftermarket NPI Readiness Europe(m/w/x)

Requirements
- 5-10 years PMO, Supply Chain, Aftermarket, or Product Launch Management
- Strong understanding of spare parts management and service operations
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience in multi-country European environment
- Strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations
- Structured, data-driven, risk-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
- Cross-functional leadership without direct authority
- Structured governance and milestone management
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Tasks
- Ensure European distribution entities are prepared for new product launches
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and governance
- Define and maintain a standardized Aftermarket & Distribution Readiness framework
- Establish clear launch gates and readiness criteria
- Implement structured readiness dashboards and reporting
- Ensure clear RACI and ownership across functions
- Escalate risks with mitigation options to European leadership
- Define and validate service-related deliverables before go-live
- Align service offerings and agreements
- Align warranty framework
- Ensure service documentation availability
- Identify tooling requirements
- Validate repair strategy
- Monitor progress and highlight gaps
- Drive closure with accountable teams
- Validate ERP and master data setup
- Integrate service and spare parts
- Integrate forecasting
- Activate order-to-repair process
- Coordinate readiness reviews and go-live validation
- Ensure parts and supply readiness
- Coordinate training and capability readiness
