Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years experience in lead role
  • Experience with HVDC technology (advantageous)
  • Power industry experience or similar
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Leadership ability and quality orientation
  • Fluent English and German skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Tasks

  • Take overall technical responsibility for HVDC projects and tenders
  • Coordinate global project teams
  • Manage engineering and design activities
  • Conduct project planning and risk assessments
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders
  • Serve as the main contact for technical queries
  • Manage projects and processes independently
  • Ensure complete multidisciplinary information in engineering development
  • Lead the development of solutions for complex challenges
  • Drive the completion of all project engineering activities
  • Provide technical support for testing and installation
  • Support commissioning activities
  • Prepare project documents within budget and scope
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Mitigate potential project risks
  • Maintain technical quality in contracts and deliveries

  • 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
