Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in gesamtverantwortlicher Position im Projektmanagement komplexer Industrieprojekte
  • Verständnis für Planungs-/Abwicklungsprozesse und unternehmerisches Gespür im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in HOAI, AHO, VOB, FIDIC, RIBA und Risikomanagement-Methodiken
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliche, konzeptionelle, strukturierte, gewerkeübergreifende Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientiertes Verhandlungsgeschick und Gespür für Menschen/Sachverhalte
  • Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und Europas

Tasks

  • Gesamtverantwortung für EPCM-Projekte übernehmen
  • Strategisch-operative Projektabwicklung verantworten
  • Deckungsbeitrags-, Qualitäts- und Effizienzziele erreichen
  • Projektentscheidungen hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen und Qualität herbeiführen
  • Projektteams führen
  • Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern steuern
  • Projektmanagement-Workflows gestalten und weiterentwickeln
