- Establish program governance for scope, time, cost, and objectives
- Develop and execute risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Mentor team members to achieve project deliverables
- Propose solutions for gaps between actuals and plan of record
- Work as a Project/Program implementation expert during sales cycles
