Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling
  • •Relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling (ca. 2–3 Jahre), vorzugsweise im OTC-, Retail- oder FMCG-Umfeld
  • •Solide Kenntnisse im Kostencontrolling und der Produktkalkulation
  • •Sichere Anwendung von Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint und ERP-Systemen wie SAP R/3 oder SAP S/4HANA
  • •Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. SAP BW, Power BI) und hohe Datenaffinität
  • •Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • •Analytische Stärke, Eigenverantwortung und pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität

  • •Als Schnittstelle zu Marketing und Merz Pharma arbeiten

  • •SCM bei der Bestandssteuerung unterstützen
  • •Soll-Ist-Vergleiche durchführen
  • •Abweichungsanalysen erstellen
  • •Optimierungsprojekte vorantreiben
  • •Planungsprozesse eigenverantwortlich steuern
  • •Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse mit erstellen
  • •Hohe Datenqualität sicherstellen
