Requirements
- Degree in manufacturing, planning, logistics, business administration, or supply chain management
- Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or manufacturing
- Experience with reporting software and planning tools
- Experience in production control, line control, or planning
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and advantageous German skills
- Professional career level with over 3 years experience
Tasks
- Facilitate communication between supply chain management and production areas
- Lead regular review meetings
- Improve data management and reporting systems
- Drive and contribute to process improvements
- Manage priorities, emergencies, and deviations
- Ensure end-to-end production plan adherence
- Implement countermeasures for planning deviations
- Escalate potential supply risks
- Support decision-making for customer and capacity trade-offs
- Maintain operational ownership of production control KPIs
- Define factory loading plan scenarios
- Develop build plans with the SnOP team
- Collaborate with factory line control and master planners
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
