Product Support Engineer - HSPMP / Cloud Services(m/w/x)
Shaping technical support strategy for patient monitoring systems and cloud services. Critical customer escalation handling and cloud services expertise required. Hybrid work with 4-week workation option.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Health Science, Engineering, Electronics, Network Engineering or equivalent
- Technical knowledge of HSPMP and Philips Central Station (PIC iX)
- Technical knowledge of Cloud services, networking, tools, and support processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle critical customer escalations
- Technical knowledge of healthcare informatics products
- Proficiency with Information Systems Networks, Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, XP, Windows Server 20xx, Visual Studio, Active Directory), Relational Databases, VMWare, SANS technology, Citrix
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to write scripts
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to drive corrective actions/new ideas
- Fluent in German and English
- Biomedical/Hospital IT background or extensive knowledge
- Degree in medical informatics or applied science
- Cloud Architect, Professional, Administrator certification
- CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS certification or equivalent
- Customer facing support experience
- Product Support Engineering experience
Tasks
- Shape technical support strategy for HSPMP
- Ensure seamless integration, supportability, and scalability
- Contribute to the design process
- Foster an open ecosystem through interoperability
- Develop training materials
- Create support documentation
- Provide support for associated products/solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot systems
- Act as an expert for the team
- Consult with others on complex issues
- Influence functional management and key customers
- Understand the worldwide field organization
- Champion support customers in the PM marketplace
- Lower cost of ownership for customers
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Drive improvements in product support/servicing
- Challenge the status quo in solution support
- Develop new ideas in solution support
- Implement product/system solution technical support strategy
- Continuously improve technical support strategy
- Develop System Level Service/Support training
- Deliver System Level Service/Support training
- Control the product/system solution support process
- Monitor product/system solution reliability
- Monitor product/system solution performance
- Develop service communication for issues
- Deliver service communication for solutions
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend solutions for improvements
- Provide Level 3 product/solution escalation support
