Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • •Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role
  • •Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and product ownership best practices
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools
  • •Experience as a developer or QA engineer

  • •Ensure incoming tickets are complete and ready for refinement

  • •Plan and support product releases, including testing and validation
  • •Provide business context during the development cycle
  • •Act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and team collaboration
