Requirements
- Experience as Product Owner or similar
- Understanding of multimodal transportation processes
- Ability to partner with operations stakeholders
- Strong backlog management and prioritization
- Balance of strategic and operational execution
- Familiarity with tier-1 TMS vendors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Fluent English
- Solid understanding of Oracle OTM
- EU citizenship
Tasks
- Define a multi-year, outcomes-based product roadmap
- Align the roadmap with strategy, budget, and transformation goals
- Co-develop project scope, KPIs, and success criteria
- Track benefit realization across all deployments
- Manage decisions, trade-offs, and priorities for the TMS program
- Oversee the enterprise product backlog and core model evolution
- Enforce standards for localization, reuse, and release gates
- Define clear acceptance criteria for all deliverables
- Partner with architecture leads to ensure technical alignment
- Govern deliverables and knowledge transfer from external integrators
- Create comprehensive documentation and internal playbooks
- Facilitate capability building for internal IT teams
- Drive continuous improvement cycles based on performance metrics
- Lead structured go/no-go sessions and post-launch debriefs
- Ensure business and technical readiness for each deployment phase

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
