Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology, technician training with experience, or comparable qualification
  • Experience as product owner or sub-project manager in agile environments
  • Knowledge of embedded controller architecture and runtime systems
  • Experience managing service providers via work packages
  • Practical experience in application development with IEC 61131-3
  • In-depth practical experience with CODESYS
  • Understanding of PLC programmers' working methods and problems
  • Strong conceptual skills and customer focus
  • Strategic vision and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Assertive, independent, and structured approach
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate stakeholders
  • Very good German and English skills

Tasks

  • Design the strategic and functional CODESYS-based development environment
  • Analyze complex customer workflows for mobile machinery
  • Derive detailed requirements for programming tool optimization
  • Integrate specific control unit architecture and software libraries
  • Manage the engineering team by prioritizing the backlog
  • Act as the primary technical contact person
  • Ensure the quality of technical implementation
  • Develop an efficient and user-friendly environment
  • Align development features with customer needs
