Requirements

  • Positive mindset and effective communication/interpersonal skills
  • University degree in economics, IT, finance, or related field
  • Experience in investment fund industry (fund administration, depositary banking, or similar)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environment
  • Analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with XENTIS, GEOS, Bloomberg, or fund administration systems (plus)
  • Ability to define and communicate compelling product vision
  • Skilled in senior stakeholder management and effective communication
  • Knowledge of KPIs and budget management
  • Fluent German and English (advanced proficiency)

Tasks

  • Drive Fund Administration product vision and roadmap
  • Translate customer needs into actionable backlog items
  • Collaborate with 17 colleagues for smooth operations
  • Align priorities with stakeholders
  • Coordinate resources with Head of Fund Services
  • Build industry network and stay updated on trends
  • Motivate and empower the product team
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Share best practices across the RBI Group
