- Collaborate with business units, IT partners, and product teams
- Drive stable, high-performing customer data landscape
- Own product end-to-end, including strategy, vision, roadmap, budget, and operations
- Refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer data systems
- Identify and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Ensure high-quality delivery of customer data systems
- Understand technical and functional scope of systems
- Drive system development to meet future business needs
- Serve as primary contact for internal departments, key users, IT teams, and external partners
- Maintain stable and robust product environment
- Balance project work, system enhancements, and operational tasks
- Foster open feedback culture and continuous learning
- Contribute to cross-team collaboration and alignment
- Support further development of Customer Data ecosystem
