Requirements

  • Studium (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Ausbildung Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration/Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Microsoft Zertifikate (Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Fundamentals) wünschenswert
  • Praxiserfahrung Cloud-Technologien (Microsoft Azure, M365, Cloud Plattformen) und Weiterentwicklung Cloud Services
  • Erfahrung Product Owner, Cloud Manager oder IT-Projektleiter komplexe IT-/Cloud-Projekte
  • Know-how Requirements Engineering, IT Service Management (ITIL), Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister (Ausschreibungen, Vertragsmanagement)
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation Deutsch (C1-Niveau)

Tasks

  • Cloud Services (Azure, M365) strategisch und operativ weiterentwickeln
  • Organisatorische und technische Lösungen entwickeln
  • Geschäftsprozesse und IT-Services optimieren
  • Wirtschaftlichkeit und Termintreue der Cloud-Dienste sicherstellen
  • Komplexe Cloud- und IT-Projekte von Planung bis Go-Live leiten
  • Budget, Ausschreibungen (RFPs) und Verträge verantworten
  • Einhaltung von SLAs, KPIs und ITIL-Standards sicherstellen
