Tasks
- Advocate for clients in digital work streams
- Collaborate with technology teams on product backlog
- Support Client & Employee Channels roadmap globally
- Partner with Business, Technology, Markets, and Product teams
- Design end-to-end digital user journeys
- Gather and define product requirements and features
- Drive prioritization and delivery of features
- Shape product vision based on client needs
- Lead stakeholder engagement and manage change priorities
- Maintain a well-refined product backlog
- Take full ownership of products throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure regulatory compliance and optimal product performance
- Collaborate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Manage cross-ART dependencies
- Guide trade-off decisions
- Advise business and senior stakeholders on design and implementation
- Integrate continuous user feedback
- Support Change Management with training and materials
- Strengthen product ownership practices
- Refine backlogs and ensure clear accountability
- Leverage behavioural analytics and usability testing
- Iterate and enhance client experiences
- Establish adoption frameworks and feedback mechanisms
- Evaluate regulatory implications of digital solutions with Legal and Compliance
- Uphold the Bank’s values and conduct
- Demonstrate integrity and due diligence
- Ensure fairness to clients and manage conflicts of interest
- Adhere to all applicable rules and risk protocols
